Key issueRestricted ingredient in one tablet
Core evidenceArtwork + Ingredients + Lab + FSC
One proposed tablet contained restricted ingredients and could not simply be treated as an ordinary food supplement.
The investigation separated the company licence from the product-compliance journey. First, the business model was mapped to Food Supplements Trading; then each product was reviewed for artwork, ingredients, laboratory evidence, Free Sale Certificate and classification.
We do not assume every product sold under the words “health supplement” belongs to the same regulatory route.
