CLIENT REQUIREMENT

Establish a Dubai company that can arrange the rental of entire furnished units to vacationers on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis and understand the permit costs beyond the commercial licence.

CHALLENGE

The company licence and the property-level holiday-home permit are separate layers. The source material also identifies inspection/classification charges, per-bedroom/home permit components, Tourism Dirham and ongoing operating costs such as maintenance, management and marketing.

SOLUTION

We structure the case in two tracks: first establish the Vacation Homes Rental company activity; then register and permit each qualifying unit through the tourism authority process before operating it as a holiday home.

WHY VANTABLACK

We show clients the difference between owning a licensed company and having a property that is actually approved to operate. That exposes the real cost and compliance journey before the first booking.

CASE LOGICCompany licence → property registration → inspection/classification → unit permit → ongoing tourism charges.

*Historical source fees from the supplied DTCM investigation/quote. Current permit fees, Tourism Dirham, government charges and inspection requirements must be checked live.
