CLIENT REQUIREMENT

A composite technology distributor needed to know which trading activities should sit under one licence for computers, software, telecom equipment, mobile devices, accessories, encryption products and smart machines.

CHALLENGE

“Electronics trading” is not one activity.

SOLUTION

Vantablack treats the catalogue as a matrix: map every intended SKU family to its activity code, remove products the client will not trade, and isolate sensitive categories for separate authority verification before licensing.

WHY VANTABLACK

We prevent the client from buying a generic technology licence that does not actually cover the products being imported, sold or serviced.

CASE LOGICProduct catalogue → activity map → sensitive-product filter → final licence scope.

Activity wording is sourced from the supplied investigation report. Current codes and approvals, especially for controlled communications/security products, must be checked before application.
